Roasted Chicken with Apples and Potatoes |

- 4-6 Bone-in, Skin on Chicken Thighs
- How To Make It
- Preheat the broiler to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Splash the top and base pieces of an oven dish with cooking shower.
- Dissolve spread in a skillet over medium warmth and include onion cuts. Sprinkle onions with 1 teaspoon salt and saute for 2 minutes. Include sugar and keep cooking until onions are translucent yet not seared, 6 to 8 minutes. Expel from heat.
- Layer apples, potatoes, and sauteed onion cuts in the base piece of the oven dish. Spread with the part top of the oven dish.
- Sprinkle olive oil over chicken thighs. Sprinkle with new rosemary, salt, and pepper. Rub olive oil and flavors altogether all over every thigh and spot on the top piece of the oven dish.
- Cook in the preheated broiler until juices run clear and a moment read thermometer embedded into the thickest piece of the thigh, close to the bone, peruses 165 degrees F (74 degrees C), around 60 minutes. Serve apples, potatoes, and onion close by chicken thighs.
