Falooda Recipe

Ingredients
  1. Sugar - 1 tbsp
  2. Tukmaria seeds/ sabja seeds - ½ tsp
  3. Vanilla ice cream (I used mango ice cream) - 3 scoops
  4. Mixed fruits - 1 ½ cup (I used apple, mango, banana, kiwi, grapes, dates, cashew nuts)
  5. Tutti fruity - 3 tbsp
  6. Milk - 1 cup
  7. Rose syrup - 1 tsp (optional)
  8. Red and green food colour - 1 or 2 drops (optional)
  9. Cherry - to garnish
  10. Condensed milk - ¼ cup
  11. Sugar - 2 tbsp (add more or less according to taste)
  12. Vermicelli - ½ cup
    How To Make It
  • chop the end result finely, tutti fruity add 1 tbsp sugar and combine properly. keep it in the fridge.
  • soak the tukmaria/ sabja seeds in 1 cup of water. drain the water and preserve it apart.
  • boil milk which includes condensed milk and sugar. add vermicelli to it and put together dinner till thick on low flame. leave it to relax in the fridge.
  • when the vermicelli is cooled, divide it to 3, upload rose syrup to 1 portion of vermicelli, and red and inexperienced food colour to the alternative quantities.
  • take a protracted glass, upload little chopped end result and little cashew nuts to it, add little vermicelli with rose syrup over that, then little soaked sabja seeds, then little vermicelli with pink and green color. top it with a scoop of ice cream. once more the chopped culmination and nuts.
  • retain the technique and at the whole it with the zero.33 scoop of ice. garnish with tutti fruity, cashew and cherry. serve right away
