Chicken Samosa |
Ingredients
- Hard - boiled egg (cut each egg to about 12 pieces) - 2 no.s
- Onion (finely sliced) - 3 no.s
- Boneless chicken breast (cooked adding ¾ tsp pepper pwd; ¼ tsp turmeric pwd; enough salt and 1 ½ cup water and shredded), 1 ¼ cup
- Green chili - 2 - 3 (chopped)
- Crushed ginger garlic - 1 tsp
- Ghee / clarified butter - 2 tbsp
- Salt - to taste
- Coriander leaves - little
- Curry leaves, -l ittle
How To Make It
- warmness oil in a pan, upload sliced onion, chopped inexperienced chili and enough salt. Saute it on medium flame tillsmooth. To this upload crushed ginger garlic and saute till the raw smell disappears.
- add the curry leaves and coriander leaves and mix well.
- To this upload the shredded hen, blend properly and cook dinner on low flame for another four - five mins.
- Make about six same sized balls out of the prepared dough. Take one dough ball out of it, dust it with flour and roll it to make a huge circle (like chapathi). cut it to 4 as proven inside the picture (no. 1)
- Take one out of it, add little filling at the middle, place a chunk of difficult - boiled egg (no. 2), and slowly fold it to samosas as proven in the photograph (no.three, no. 4, no.five).
- keep the fashioned samosas in a dusted area. Repeat the technique with the closing dough. keep it blanketed for approximately 1/2 an hour. (at this stage, you could freeze the samosas for further use. make sure to maintain it without touching every other, included)
- warmness oil in a deep pan and fry the samosas till golden. Serve hot
