Grilled Almond Chicken |
Ingredients
- Almonds – 15 (soak in water for 2 – 3 hours and remove the skin)
- Coriander leaves – 2 tbsp (finely chopped)
- Olive oil/ Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp
- Milk – 2 – 3 tbsp
- Chicken whole leg – 4
- Salt – to taste
- Butter – 2 tbsp
- Red chili powder – 1 tsp
- Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
- Thick yogurt/ Curd – 3 tbsp
- Thick cream/ Fresh cream – 3 tbsp
- Corn flour – 2 tbsp
- Ginger – garlic (crushed) – 2 tsp
How To Make It
- Wash, pat dry and make some incisions at the hen whole legs. Marinate it with pink chili powder, lemon juice and salt for approximately 20 mins.
- Grind the almonds to great paste including 2 – three tbsp milk. To this add yogurt, thick cream, corn flour, overwhelmed ginger garlic, coriander leaves, oil and little salt and integrate nicely.
- upload this to the marinated bird and mix nicely. hold it blanketed within the refrigerator for 2 hours.
- Grill it in the oven at one hundred eighty diploma on the higher rack for about 25 – half-hour or till completed turning the sides occassionally. do away with the chook pieces from the oven and without delay brush it all over with melted butter. Serve hot.
