Grilled Almond Chicken

Grilled Almond Chicken

Ingredients
  1. Almonds – 15 (soak in water for 2 – 3 hours and remove the skin)
  2. Coriander leaves – 2 tbsp (finely chopped)
  3. Olive oil/ Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp
  4. Milk – 2 – 3 tbsp
  5. Chicken whole leg – 4
  6. Salt – to taste
  7. Butter – 2 tbsp
  8. Red chili powder – 1 tsp
  9. Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
  10. Thick yogurt/ Curd – 3 tbsp
  11. Thick cream/ Fresh cream – 3 tbsp
  12. Corn flour – 2 tbsp
  13. Ginger – garlic (crushed) – 2 tsp
    How To Make It
  • Wash, pat dry and make some incisions at the hen whole legs. Marinate it with pink chili powder, lemon juice and salt for approximately 20 mins.
  • Grind the almonds to great paste including 2 – three tbsp milk. To this add yogurt, thick cream, corn flour, overwhelmed ginger garlic, coriander leaves, oil and little salt and integrate nicely.
  • upload this to the marinated bird and mix nicely. hold it blanketed within the refrigerator for 2 hours.
  • Grill it in the oven at one hundred eighty diploma on the higher rack for about 25 – half-hour or till completed turning the sides occassionally. do away with the chook pieces from the oven and without delay brush it all over with melted butter. Serve hot.
