Chicken Malai Tikka Gravy

Ingredients
  1. Red chili pwd - 2 tsp
  2. Chicken - ½ kg
  3. Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
  4. Paprika - 2 tsp
  5. Cumin pwd - ½ tsp
  6. Yogurt (curd) - 2 tbsp
  7. Coriander pwd - ½ tsp
  8. Garam masala pwd - ½ tsp
  9. Fresh cream - 1 tbsp
  10. Kasoori methi - ½ tsp
  11. Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
  12. Butter - 1 tbsp
  13. Ginger - garlic (crushed) - 1 tsp
  14. Tomato - 2 (big)
  15. Green chili - 1
  16. Fresh cream - ¼ cup
  17. Butter - 2 tbsp
  18. Oil - 3 tbsp
  19. Salt - to taste

How To Make It
  • Marinate chicken with Chicken,Ginger garlic paste,Red chili pwd,Paprika, Coriander pwd,Garam masala pwd,Cumin pwd,Yogurt (curd),Fresh cream,Kasoori methi,Lemon juice,Butter,and Salt  for about 2 hours.
  • warmth the oven to 200 diploma. Grease the grill with oil and grill it within the oven for approximately 15 minutes turning d facets 2 or three times.( hold an oven tray beneath to acquire the dripping. It vl b delivered to the gravy later. Reserve the final marinade also to add inside the gravy.)
  • warmth butter and oil in a deep pan. To this add overwhelmed ginger - garlic and chopped inexperienced chili and saute for some time.
