Chicken Fajita Recipe

Chicken Fajita


Ingredients
  1. Cabbage - ½
  2. Pepper - 1 tsp
  3. Chilli pwdr - ½ tsp
  4. Mayonnaise - to spread
  5. Tomato sauce - To spread (optional)
  6. Chapati or NAAN or Kuboos or any similar bread - 8 to 10
  7. Chicken breast (boneless cut into small strips) - 250 gm
  8. Onion - 2, cut to strips
  9. Carrot - 1, cut to strips
  10. Capsicum - 1, cut to strips
  11. Soy sauce - 1 tsp+ ½ tsp
  12. Salt - to taste
  13. Sugar - ½ tsp
    How To Make It

  • Marinate chicken pieces for 15 mins with ½ tsp chili pwdr, 1 tsp soy sauce and salt and shallow fry it in oil (do no longer over fry, because the chicken pieces are small, if over fried it becomes hard).
  • do away with the chicken from the oil and within the identical pan and oil add the onion, capsicum carrot and saute for two -three minutes in high flame.
  • To this upload chilli pwdr and pepper pwdr, little salt and saute till raw smell disappears.
  • add the soy sauce and saute for another 2 minutes.
  • upload the fried chook pieces, cabbage to this and mix welladd the sugar and mix nicely again
  • Take the chapati and unfold the mayonnaise then unfold tomato sauce (only if required) and fill the prepared chookcombination and roll it. Serve hot.
