Kothu Parotta |
Ingredients
- Onion – 2 (chopped)
- Green chili – 1 (chopped)
- Ginger – garlic (crushed) – 2 tsp
- Lachcha paratha/ parotta – 6
- Mustard seeds – ½ tsp
- Cumin seeds – ¼ tsp
- Tomato - 1, big (chopped)
- Red chili powder – 1 ½ tsp
- Black pepper powder – ¾ tsp
- Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
- Coriander leaves – 2 tbsp
- Salt – to taste
- Oil – 2 tbsp
- Garam masala powder – ½ tsp
- Egg – 3
How To Make It
- Cut the cooked paratha to small portions and preserve it prepared.
- warmness oil in a pan, upload mustard seeds and cumin seeds and let it splutter. upload the chopped onion and salt and saute until smooth. upload green chili and overwhelmed ginger garlic and saute until the raw odor disappears.
- upload the chopped tomato and cook until tender. add red chili powder, black pepper powder, turmeric powder and garam masala powder and saute till the uncooked smell disappear and oil appears on top.
- add the paratha pieces and combine properly. damage the eggs to it and saute simply nicely until the egg is cooked absolutely. cook dinner for every other 4 – 5 minutes over low flame. upload the chopped coriander leaves and get rid of from flame. Serve warm.
