Chicken Puffs |
Ingredients
- Onion - 2, finely chopped
- Chilli pwdr - 1/2 tsp
- Pepper pwdr - 1/2 tsp
- Green chili - 1 - 2, chopped
- Crushed ginger garlic - 1 tsp
- Puff Pastry Squares - 7-8 (frozen)
- Egg white - 1 (mix it with 2 tbsp of water)
- Boneless chicken breast (cooked adding 1 tsp pepper pwd, 1/2 tsp chilli pwd, ¼ tsp turmeric pwd, enough salt and 1 ½ cup water and shredded) - 1 cup
- Chilli pwdr - 1/2 tsp
- Pepper pwdr - 1/2 tsp
- Tomato - 1 chopped
- Curry leaves - little
- Oil - 2 tbsp
- Salt - to taste
How To Make It
- warmness oil in a pan, upload chopped onion, green chilly and salt and saute until smooth. To this add overwhelmed ginger garlic and saute for a minute
- To this upload chilly pwd, pepper pwd, garam masala and turmeric pwd and saute until raw scent disappears. To this upload chopped tomato and cook till tomato turns tender.
- To this add shredded hen, curry leaves and integrate well and cook dinner on low flame for about three-4 minutes. keep it apart to cool.
- Take thawed puff pastry separately and roll very little (to get the desired size). dust with flour (maida) at the same time as rolling if required.
- placed the filling one facet of the rolled pastry and cowl it diagonally with the opposite facet. Press very gently on the sides and brush it with the egg white (as shown in the photograph).
- Preheat the oven to 220 degree and bake them in a greased pan for approximately 20 to 25 minutes or till chook puffs turns golden brown.
